Our shipping and processing charges are meant to compensate for order processing, packaging, and delivery.
Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on the production time of the designer. Most orders ship within 3 business days. If ship time is longer than the average 7 days it will be listed in the product descriptions. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Some products may be charged an extra shipping surcharge, however it will be noted in the product description.
Items ordered together may ship separately. In the event of a longer delay, we will attempt to notify you by email or mail.
Most items can be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states or to foreign countries for an additional handling fee and applicable shipping rates. Currently, those orders must be placed by phone at 800.585.0667 and a quote for shipping can be provided via email to email@example.com.
Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES if processed via our website. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you would like to place an order to a P.O. Box address, please call us at 800.585.0667.
Haute Dorm Rooms is not responsible for delivery to dorm rooms and halls. Please check your shipping address carefully and your school's policies if shipping prior to move-in.

- $50.01 - $125.00 $14.95
- $125.01 - $150.00 $18.95
- $150.00 and up FREE
Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. We may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
At times we allow customers to pre-order merchandise that is not yet available for shipment. The release date is provided by the supplier and indicates the date the product is scheduled to be available for shipment. Release dates are subject to change by the supplier; such date changes will be updated as we receive them.
